La Casa

Tile floors, gravel walkways and textured concrete decks allow maximum comfort in tropical climates. Casa Patricia is meant to be lived in and frequent dips in the pool are a cherished ritual to assure connection with the climate and the relaxation it provides.

Casa Patricia's three bedrooms can comfortably sleep 10 people and have been furnished with family in mind. Each bedroom is similar in size with the "Kids Room" sporting a queen and bunk bed set. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed. Each room enjoys pool, ocean and valley views with private shower/bathroom, high quality bedding and rustic frames/bedside tables handmade from local teak. It is rumored that our furnishings are from the same artisans that supplied the Four Seasons hotel up north near Tamarindo.

Our kitchen is the heart of the house. From café around the counter in the morning, to cervezas at the pass through bar for sunset, we anticipated non-stop action in this portion of the house. The kitchen is fully provisioned for the vacationing cook and grocery deliveries can be arranged. There's cold beer in the full size fridge with your name on it right now!
